Legal Basis
If one of the following circumstances occurs in Article 6 of the "Rules for the Internship Management of Lawyer Applicants", it does not meet the "good conduct" requirements stipulated in Article 5 of these rules: ( 1) Those who have received criminal punishment for intentional crimes; (2) Those who have been dismissed from public office; (3) Those who have been dismissed from state agencies and public institutions due to violations of laws and disciplines; (4) Those who have violated party discipline and have been revoked from their party positions; (5) ) The practicing certificates of lawyers and notaries have been revoked; (6) Other professional qualifications or other practicing certificates have been revoked by relevant industry authorities or industry associations due to illegal activities; (7) Subjected to administrative detention for violating public security management; (8) ) Due to serious breach of trust, the relevant state units have identified him as the subject of joint punishment for breach of trust and been included in the national credit information sharing platform; (9) He is not allowed to apply for internship again after being punished and the punishment period has not expired; (10) He has other serious negative social impacts behavior. If the circumstances listed in items (3), (4), (6), (7), and (10) of the preceding paragraph occur before the applicant reaches the age of 18 or three years before the internship registration, If the applicant does make corrections, he or she shall submit a written commitment and relevant supporting materials, and upon approval by the special committee established by the Bar Association, internship registration may be granted. Applicants for internships are not allowed to register for internships before they are removed from the list of joint punishment targets for dishonesty. After being removed from the list of joint punishment targets for dishonesty, the applicant may submit the corresponding written commitment in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of this article and obtain the approval of the special committee established by the Bar Association, and the internship registration may be approved.
