Among them, in 2022, the full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have obtained the student status (examination) after the implementation of the Implementation Measures for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination shall obtain a bachelor's degree in law and a bachelor's degree; Full-time undergraduate graduates from military academies in 2022 who have obtained student status (examination) after the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination shall obtain a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree.

After the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in law (law) from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign institutions of higher learning, and their academic degree certificates have been certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, can sign up for the National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination.
(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;
2. Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;
3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;
4. You may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or you may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;
5. Being identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty and incorporated into the national credit information sharing platform;
6. Being banned from legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.
If a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration shall be invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.
Persons who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates may not register for the 20021National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
(3) In 2020, if the objective test score of the national unified legal professional qualification examination reaches the national unified qualified score line or the qualified score line is relaxed, the qualified score line will be valid in the national unified legal professional qualification examination of 202 1.
