Brief introduction of Liu Wei

Liu Wei, male, was born in 1978+00, Xinyang, Henan. Since 1996, he has studied in School of Politics and Administration of Wuhan University, School of Government Administration of Peking University and School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University, and obtained bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees in political science (law).
