Article 15 To establish a partnership law firm, in addition to meeting the conditions stipulated in Article 14 of this Law, there must also be three or more partners, and the founders must have more than three years of practice experience. lawyer. The partners of a partnership law firm are liable for the debts of the law firm as a partnership.
