Legal analysis: legal adviser refers to a professional who answers legal advice and provides legal help. To be engaged by a party to handle relevant legal affairs for the party concerned, or to be entrusted by a non-litigation participant to provide legal assistance, or to appear in court as an agent ad litem of the party concerned in civil proceedings and as a defender of the defendant in criminal proceedings. Its duty is to provide advice to the employer on legal issues in business, draft and review legal documents, participate in litigation, mediation or arbitration as an agent, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the employer. Being a legal adviser is one of the main businesses of lawyers in China. With the development of China's socialist economic construction and opening up, the role of legal advisers will become more and more important.
Legal basis: Article 15 of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination, persons who meet the following conditions may register for the National Judicial Examination:
(1) Having China nationality;
(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;
(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(4) Having graduated from an institution of higher learning with a bachelor's degree in law or a non-law major with legal expertise;
(5) Good conduct.
