This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. The venue of any lawsuit concerning the interpretation, execution or violation of this Agreement shall be located only in Dallas County, Texas.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of Texas, and the conflict of laws principle shall not apply. Any place to interpret, implement or violate this Agreement must be in Dallas, Texas.
13. Attorney's fees

If both parties have a lawsuit concerning the interpretation, violation or execution of this Agreement, the winning party has the right to recover reasonable attorney fees and expenses from the losing party.
If there is any lawsuit between the two parties due to the interpretation, breach or execution of this agreement, the winning party has the right to recover reasonable attorney's fees from the losing party.
