No one can tell which major is good in law, but at present, several professional universities with better law are known: China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law and East China University of Political Science and Law.

But I personally don't agree with this ranking, which doesn't pay attention to tradition to some extent. The professional concept of law is very important and cannot be solved by just a few tutors.
