Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court was established with the approval of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People's Congress on April 1995. Jurisdiction over major first-instance cases in five districts and counties of JD.COM, such as Dongcheng, Xicheng, Fengtai, Daxing and Fangshan, and appeals from the above-mentioned grass-roots courts. It is currently divided into three regions. The first trial area is located at Fangzhuang Road 10, Fengtai District, Beijing. The filing court, the first criminal court, the second criminal court, the comprehensive court of juvenile cases, the labor dispute case office, the fourth civil court and other units work here. The second trial area is located in Longzhaoshu Village, xiaohongmen Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing 10. The executive board, the first civil court, the fifth civil court, the administrative court, the trial supervision court, the state compensation office and other units work here. The third trial area is located in the compound of Longtan Sub-district Office, Guangqumen South Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. It is the office of the second civil trial court, the third civil trial court, the sixth civil trial court and the appeal review court.
