1. Registration time

(1) Registration method and time

In 2022, the national unified legal professional qualification examination will be registered online, and the registration time will be from 0: 00 on June 16 to June 30 18. Applicants should log in to the Ministry of Justice (www.moj.gov.cn) within the prescribed time limit and fill in personal information according to the requirements, procedures and steps of online registration. Do not make overdue reports.

(2) Application materials

The applicant shall have the following materials when registering:

1. Valid ID card.

2. Graduation certificate. My graduation certificate should be available for inquiry or certification in China Higher Education Student Information Network.

3. degree certificate. My degree certificate must be inquired on the China Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education Information Network or certified by the Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education.

4. To apply for relaxing the policy, you must generally have a local household registration that relaxes the registration qualification. When registering online, you should upload the electronic photos of the first page of the household registration book and my page.

5. Photos of electronic documents. Applicants should provide their bareheaded photos of electronic certificates in color (red, blue and white background) that meet the requirements of the prescribed format (width 4 13 pixels × height 626 pixels) in recent three months. This photo will be used as my admission ticket, notice of test results, application form for legal professional qualification and legal professional qualification certificate.

6. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ. The applicant shall truthfully and accurately fill in personal information, make the registration information true and effective, and be responsible for the authenticity of the material substance. Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities and military academies in 2023 and fresh graduates with the same academic qualifications should sign the Book of Fresh Graduates when registering online. Those who have passed all the subjects in the higher education self-study exam and can obtain this year's graduation certificate should sign the "Certificate of All the Subjects" when registering online.

If the applicant fills in false information or defrauds the registration by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and other regulations.

(3) Pay the examination fee and choose the registration place.

According to the Notice of the Department of Justice of the Autonomous Region on Determining the Charging Standard for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, the charging standard for the objective examination in our region is 122 yuan/person (including the first and second volumes). The deadline for online payment of objective test is July 4th 18.

The objective test areas in our district 14 are: Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou, Beihai, Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Guigang, Yulin, Baise, Hezhou, Hechi, Laibin and Chongzuo. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control and reduce cross-regional mobility, candidates are advised to register for the examination in the examination area set up by the municipal judicial administrative organ where they work and live. After paying the examination fee for the objective examination, the registration place may not be changed.

2. Registration conditions

3. Have good political, professional quality and moral conduct;

4. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

5. Undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities and military academies who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained academic degree certificates at the time of registration for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2022, and undergraduate graduates from postgraduate and continuing education (including online education, adult education, open university, etc.). Holders of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign institutions of higher learning with a bachelor's degree or above can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination after their academic degree certificates are certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Among them, in addition to those who apply for relaxing the policy, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree in law (law) from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign institutions of higher learning after the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination after their academic degree certificates are certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;

2. Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;

3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;

4. You may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or you may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;

5. Being identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty and incorporated into the national credit information sharing platform;

6. Being banned from legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.

If a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration shall be invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.

Those who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates may not sign up for the 2022 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
