Luo Xiang, a native of Leiyang, Hunan Province, is a professor at the School of Criminal Justice of China University of Political Science and Law and director of the Institute of Criminal Law.
I studied at China Youth University for Political Science with a bachelor's degree and obtained a bachelor's degree in law after graduation. I graduated from the Graduate School of China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in criminal law. I am a doctor of criminal law at Peking University Law School.
In 2005, he joined China University of Political Science and Law as a teacher.
Luo Xiang's research fields are criminal law, criminal law philosophy, economic criminal law and sexual crimes.
