A criminal who has been sentenced to criminal detention or fixed-term imprisonment for more than three years and meets the following conditions may be suspended. Among them,/kloc-people under the age of 0/8, pregnant women and people over 75 weeks should be declared suspended:
(a) the circumstances of the crime are relatively minor;
(2) showing repentance;
(3) There is no danger of committing a crime again;
(4) The announcement of a suspended death sentence has no significant adverse impact on the community where he lives.
For recidivists and ringleaders of criminal groups, probation is not applicable.
