In contrast, the Chengguan People's Court of Shunping County is a dispatched agency and component of the grassroots people's court and is mainly responsible for hearing civil cases. In addition, the Chengguan People's Court has four judge workstations, with jurisdiction over 57 administrative villages, more than 170,000 people, and 5 police officers.
