The main crimes in Li Zhanshuang

Go to jail for extortion.

Meeting building in Zhalantun prison, the appearance of Li Zhanshuang made Xu Huaying cry. Li Zhanshuang is about 1.65 meters tall and has a strong body. His hands and feet were in thick chains, and his anklets dragged on the ground, making a harsh sound when he walked.

Li Zhanshuang, 2 1 year-old, is the third child of Xu Huaying. She has a sister and a brother and was born in Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province. Xu Huaying introduced that Li Zhanshuang had a good personality and was polite since childhood. Everyone in the village likes him, but he doesn't like reading. He dropped out of primary school.

When Li Zhanshuang was young, Xu Huaying divorced her husband. Since then, Xu Huaying took her children to Manzhouli to start a small business of beef and mutton, and the economic conditions at home have improved slightly. Because she was busy with business, she also relaxed her education for her children. In Manchuria, Li Zhanshuang met several social youths, such as Yu Yang, and began to do some extortion.

On September 4th, 2008, Yu Yang, Li Zhanshuang and others were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 14 years for extorting more than 200 yuan from taxi drivers for seven times, and entered Zhalantun prison to serve their sentences. Xu Huaying recalled that Li Zhanshuang comforted himself at that time: "I will make a good transformation and go out in a few years."

Stab a fellow prisoner with scissors

However, one day seven months later, Xu Huaying received a phone call from a prisoner who was serving his sentence in Zhalantun prison, saying that Li Zhanshuang had killed someone. Criminal judgment, Intermediate People's Court of Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, introduced that at 4 o'clock in the morning of April 6, 2009, Li Zhanshuang lured Jiang Jiehong, a new prisoner in the same cell, to the uninhabited cell 107, strangled Jiang Jiehong with a rope taken out of the activity room, and stabbed him several times with scissors, resulting in his death. After that, Li Zhanshuang went back to his room 105, tricked another prisoner, Baolong Li, into the activity room and tried to kill Baolong Li in the same way.

According to the verdict, Li Zhanshuang has no excuse. Zhao Chunping, a defense lawyer, believes that there are management loopholes in the prison as a supervisory organ, which has caused the occurrence of this case.

In Xu Huaying's view, the prison made a common sense mistake about his son's murder. First of all, how did the rope and scissors used by Li Zhanshuang get easily? In addition, when Li Zhanshuang committed the crime, he wandered between rooms 105 and 107 at will, and the prison supervision was lax.

However, Xu Huaying's defense opinion was not adopted in the first-instance judgment. Li Zhanshuang was convicted of intentional homicide and executed, and his responsibility for the prison was not mentioned at all.

The Morning Post reporter was informed that in this prison murder case, only one prison guard on duty was demoted, and the prison paid 240,000 yuan to the victim's family.

Frequent extortion and beatings in prisons.

Xu Huaying was puzzled by his son's tragic accident in prison. It is understood that the victim, Jiang Jiehong, has only been in prison for four days and has nothing to do with Li Zhanshuang. In the verdict, Li Zhanshuang's motive for killing said: Li Zhanshuang missed his parents and was homesick. When he remembered it, he felt uncomfortable and didn't want to live, so he decided to kill and was sentenced to death.

"He (Li Zhanshuang) really wants to die, but there must be other reasons." Xu Huaying said that his son is optimistic and will not commit suicide unless he has to.

At the trial site of the first instance, Li Zhanshuang, who had been "without excuses" before, finally spoke out his real motive for killing. Li Zhanshuang showed that on March 2, 2009, Kloc-0, he had a fight with Shi Lei, a criminal in the second prison. A few days later, Sai Yingia, the captain of the prison team and also a prisoner, asked him for 1000 yuan. "He said that the prison began to investigate my fight, and asked me to take some money to invite cadres to dinner first and try to settle this matter."

Xu Huaying confirmed that on the evening of April 3, 2009, Li Zhanshuang called home with Sai Yinjiya's mobile phone and demanded 4,000 yuan. The tone is very urgent. "I must earn this money, or I will be finished." That night, Li Zhan called his uncle and aunt for money in doubles, but Xu Huaying, who was heavily in debt, could not raise money in a short time.

During the interview with the Morning Post reporter in Zalantun, Li Zhanshuang, a murder suspect in custody, contacted the reporter on his own initiative, which once again exposed the prison supervision vacuum.

Li Zhanshuang said that when Seyingia heard that he could not raise funds, he organized prisoners to beat him many times. "I really can't stand it, I want to die." Li Zhanshuang said that he thought a lot in bed the night before the murder. "If you don't give money, you will be beaten, and there is no money at home. I don't want to live if I think about it. "

Subsequently, Li Zhanshuang targeted Jiang Jiehong, who had just been in prison for a few days and had never even said anything. A tragedy happened in the prison.

Several prisoners were blackmailed by prison bullies.

The staff of Zalantun Prison confirmed to the Morning Post reporter that Saiyin Jiya was a prisoner in the prison. Many family members of prisoners in Zhalantun prison told reporters that Saiyin Jiya is the eldest brother in the prison, also known as the warden and the prison tyrant.

Xu Huaying said that every time I go to Li See Zhanshuang, there is a tall and stocky Saiyinjiya standing behind my son. Because of the existence of the game, "my son is very wronged and dare not say."

Li Zhan, a reporter from Two-way Morning News, said that shortly after Sainjia went to prison, he heard that his family was doing some small business, so he found him and offered to be transferred to the literary and art group at the price of 1000 yuan. "If you do lighter work, you can also reduce your sentence."

Xu Huaying told reporters that she received a strange number. She picked up her son's voice and said that she was using her eldest brother's mobile phone now. Subsequently, according to his son's request, Xu Huaying remitted 1 0,000 yuan to a strange account. A few days later, Li Zhanshuang was transferred to the Literature and Art Group, but it was followed by a strong demand for money from Saiyin Jiya. Xu Huaying said that every time he got a call from Li Zhanshuang, he asked for money. "Without money, his son will suffer."

Several prisoners' families had similar experiences. The mother of Xiao Qiang (a pseudonym), a prisoner, said that shortly after her son went to prison, she called Saiyin Jiya's mobile phone to ask for money and buy her something. To Xiao Qiang's mother's surprise, Xiao Qiang wants two pairs of shoes, a pair of size 40 and a pair of size 42, while other items need to be double. "My son wears shoes of size 40, and shoes of size 42 are probably filial to Seyingia."

The prison guard asked his family to keep quiet.

Li Zhanshuang said that after he was blackmailed by Sainjia, he considered telling the prison guards, but what he witnessed made him give up the above idea. A prisoner reported to the prison guard that he was beaten by Sainygia. Unexpectedly, the prison guard not only ignored it, but electrocuted the prisoner with electric batons.

Xu Huaying believes that prison guards are the umbrella of prison tyrants. After his son was killed, Xu Huaying found the previous remittance stub, and was surprised to find that the account number provided by Saiyin Jiya turned out to be the card number of the prison guard and his relatives.

Xu Huaying showed the Morning Post reporter three money order receipts, namely 1 1000 yuan remitted to Liang's account on February 0, 2009, 10000 yuan remitted to Wang Chao's account on October 9, 2009, and remitted to 800 yuan's account on March 29.

Xu Huaying learned afterwards that Liang was a prison guard in Zhalantun prison and the other two were their relatives and friends.

On April 8, 2009, the third day after the murder, Xu Huaying suddenly received a phone call from Liang, claiming to return 1 10,000 yuan. In Zhalantun Genghis Khan Hotel, Liang returned 6.5438+0 million yuan to Xu Huaying's daughter. As a condition of returning the cash, Liang asked his family not to tell the real reason for being killed.

Xu Huaying showed a recording material at that time to the Morning Post reporter. Although the recording quality is not clear, he can still understand the content of the conversation. In this 30-minute recording, a man said in a threatening tone, "If your brother tells, I'll find someone to pick you up in the street."

In the family's view, the prison bully provided the card number of the prison guard to the prisoner's family, and Liang's refund afterwards proved that there was an ulterior secret between them, which was the reason for being forced to kill.

It is understood that Zhalantun Prison was founded in 2002 and has been rated as "outstanding unit" by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Prison Bureau for many times.

When Li Zhanshuang's family questioned the prison, the Morning Post reporter contacted Zhalantun prison and was rejected.
