The Law Department was established in 23. There are 24 full-time teachers and 5 part-time teachers, including 7 with senior titles, 21 teachers with doctoral degrees and a number of visiting professors. In recent years, law teachers have undertaken many national social science fund projects and Ministry of Education projects, more than 1 provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 1 academic papers.
The Law Department enrolls students from all over the country, enrolling double-degree students in law and management (accounting) and law and literature (English), with more than 67 full-time students. There are three teaching and research sections and three research institutes under the Department of Law, and there are modern mock trial and more than ten bases for students' probation, practice and employment.
Introduction to Law Major
Training goal and employment direction: to train legal professionals with good political quality, comprehensive knowledge structure, solid legal theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability, who can widely adapt to different social needs. It is suitable to engage in legal work in national judicial organs, legislatures, administrative organs, enterprises and institutions, law firms, notaries, arbitration institutions and other units. After entering the school, students can choose to study for a double degree in law and management (accounting). The double degree of law and management (accounting) trains compound talents who know both law and management, which can widely meet the needs of enterprises.
◎ Main courses: jurisprudence, constitutional law, Chinese legal history, civil law, civil procedure law, administrative law, administrative procedure law, criminal procedure law, economic law, intellectual property law, international law, international economic law and private international law. In addition to the main courses of law, the double degree of law and management (accounting) also needs to study the main courses of accounting: management, statistics, accounting, cost accounting, financial accounting, financial principles, taxation, auditing, microeconomics, asset evaluation and so on.
