What are the requirements for a law firm secretary?

Law firm secretary requirements:

1. College degree or above, secretarial, Chinese, English, French, law and other related majors are preferred;

2. Proficient in operating computers and MS office software, Excellent secretarial writing skills;

3. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and French;

4. Strong understanding ability, good at communication and coordination, and strong written expression skills ;

5. Have service concept and teamwork spirit;

6. Be careful, down-to-earth, diligent, proactive, and have strong adaptability and learning ability;

7 . Applicants with more than 3 years of secretarial experience in a law firm or large and medium-sized enterprises will be given priority.

Main Responsibilities

1. Handle daily affairs efficiently and independently complete the daily schedule of partners;

2. Organize arrangements according to the requirements of partners Meetings and timely updates of calendars;

3. Carefully handle email sending and receiving, forwarding communication, sign-in registration, classification and filing, etc.;

4. File processing, document processing and typesetting . Ensure that the content is clear and organized and bills are processed;

5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by partners.
