He used his legal expertise to safeguard the rights and interests of workers and selflessly served the broad masses of workers. Every year, I personally handle more than a dozen major cases, guide and help trade unions throughout the province to handle dozens of cases, and answer and handle thousands of calls, letters and visits. He is called "the worker's lawyer". He actively participated in the legislative work, put forward and participated in the drafting of a number of local laws and regulations involving the rights and interests of employees. He organized and carried out various forms of publicity and "sending the law to the door" activities, which were welcomed by employees. He has been rated as an outstanding trade union legal worker in Guangdong Province and an outstanding party member produced by Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions.
In 2006, he was named "Top Ten Outstanding Lawyers in China" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Justice and the National Lawyers Association. In 2007, he won the National May 1st Labor Medal.
