The crime of intentional homicide refers to the act of intentionally and illegally depriving others of their lives. It is a crime that infringes on citizens’ personal rights. Intentional homicide is a serious crime that is extremely harmful to society among intentional crimes. It is also one of the few crimes with the worst nature in our country's criminal law.
Criminal Law: Article 232 stipulates that anyone who intentionally kills someone shall be sentenced to death, life imprisonment, or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than ten years; if the circumstances are relatively minor, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
