Who can talk about the Henggang murder case in Shenzhen?

A squabble dispute between Huang and Yang caused a physical conflict, and Huang stabbed Yang to death with a knife. Yesterday, the case was opened in the Criminal Court of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court. The prosecutor suggested that Huang's behavior was suspected of intentional homicide. However, during the trial, it was found that Sun's name was written in Yang's autopsy report, so the court announced an adjournment.

According to the prosecution, at 22 o'clock on June 10, when Huang passed through Henggang Town Square, he had an altercation with Yang who was waiting for the bus. Yang slapped Huang in the face, and Huang was resentful and returned to the supermarket to buy a fruit knife. The two sides clashed again, and Huang stabbed Yang with a knife. Afterwards, Huang was arrested by the police in the hospital.

During the trial, the public prosecutor produced a lot of evidence, including the autopsy report of the deceased, witness testimony, police confession and so on. Huang said in court that there was no doubt about the evidence presented by the prosecutor. When Huang's attorney questioned, a dramatic scene happened. After reading the autopsy report presented by the public prosecutor, his attorney suggested that the autopsy report be divided into two pages, of which the first page 1 complained about the dispute between Huang and Yang, but the name of "Sun" was marked on the second page. It can be questioned that this report is "Sun", not the deceased Yang.

The prosecutor believes that the autopsy reports are all about Huang and Yang, and the location and events are consistent with this case. The appearance of "Sun" is only a clerical error, but the autopsy report does belong to Yang. It's a bit picky to question the whole report just because of a "clerical error".

Huang's attorney said that Sun's physical feature described in the report was that he was wearing a blue striped shirt. In the witness testimony and Huang's confession, Yang wore a pink shirt, which was quite different from the autopsy report. In a life-threatening situation, such a "clerical error" is undoubtedly unacceptable.
