Yes, but not alone in court, must be a practicing lawyer to lead the paralegal *** with the court. Paralegals

refers to the defense, the lawyer's firm of other lawyers and interns applying for law practice.

Paralegals to participate in the trial, can only engage in related auxiliary work, such as records, for the lawyer's query for the law, shall not be published defense, representation. Based on the following:
