The screen name is Wu Fatian. He is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Evidence Science of China University of Political Science and Law, and the director of the Research Center for Difficult Evidence of China University of Political Science and Law. Since 2007, he has been an associate professor of China University of Political Science and Law, and since 2008, he has been the director of the Research Center for Difficult Evidence of China University of Political Science and Law, and the tutor of master students.
He is also a researcher at the Institute of Evidence of Renmin University of China, an adjunct professor at Yanshan University Law School, and a researcher at Bentham Research Center of Zhengzhou University. He has published more than 50 papers in Chinese and foreign law, political and legal forum, modern law and other journals, including Research on Privilege System and Speaking with Evidence. He has been edited by more than 10 editors, and won the scientific research achievement award of the Ministry of Justice and the second prize of the first national criminal procedure scientific research achievement.

1999 received a bachelor's degree in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and a master's degree in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2002. Since 2007, he has been teaching in the Institute of Evidence Science of China University of Political Science and Law, and is a full-time researcher in the Key Laboratory of Evidence Science of the Ministry of Education (China University of Political Science and Law).
