Lawyer Liu Cunquan, born in Chaoshan, Guangdong Province, is a native of Jiangmen, party member, and graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in law. He worked as a criminal police officer in a branch of Jiangmen Public Security Bureau for nearly ten years (national civil servant, first-class superintendent), cracked hundreds of major cases many times, won many meritorious deeds and won awards, and was familiar with the internal handling process of public security law.
