Handling first-instance criminal cases: the benchmark charging standard for the investigation stage is 1,600 yuan/case, with a floating range of no more than 20% (the floating range is not limited); the benchmark charging standard for the prosecution stage is 1,600 yuan/case, with a floating range No more than 20% (there is no limit to the floating range); the benchmark charging standard in the trial stage is 2,500 yuan/piece, and the floating range does not exceed 20% (there is no limit to the floating range).
This means that if a lawyer is hired during the investigation stage, the lawyer’s base fee is 1,600 yuan + 1,600 yuan + 2,500 yuan = 5,700 yuan. Lawyers participate in litigation as plaintiffs in criminal private prosecution cases or as representatives of victims in public prosecution cases, and lawyer service charges shall be based on the above standards. 2. Handle first-instance civil (economic) cases.
The case acceptance fee is 1,000 yuan. If the subject matter is in dispute, after collecting the case acceptance fee, the accumulated subject matter fees will be divided into different grades according to the following proportions:

(5) The amount of the disputed subject matter exceeds 654.38+00000 yuan 0 million yuan, the subject fee is charged at 0.5%, with a floating range of 20%. 3. Arbitration cases shall be handled according to the standards of first-instance civil (economic) cases.
4. Represent administrative cases. For administrative reconsideration cases and first-instance administrative cases without property disputes, the fee will be charged at RMB 2,500 per case, with an increase of no more than 20% (there is no limit to the decrease). If there is a property dispute, the subject fee will be charged according to the proportion agreed in the civil (economic) case.
The charging standards for lawyer services for major, difficult, and complex cases shall be determined by the law firm through consultation with the client within a range not exceeding five times the maximum charging standards for general cases.

When a law firm negotiates lawyer service fees with a client, the following main factors should be considered:
