The examination includes written examination (public and professional subjects) and interview.

The written examination of the professional subjects of the clerk or bailiff position does not specify the examination review book, and its examination scope covers eight parts, including jurisprudence, constitution, legal professional ethics, criminal law, criminal procedure law, civil law, civil procedure law and arbitration system, administrative law and administrative procedure law. Candidates who enter the interview must reach the written test score line. The interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to three times the number of employment plans for each position.

Positions that need to be tested for physical fitness are approved by the provincial competent department of civil servants and announced in the recruitment brochure. Six, the calculation of the total score of the exam
(1) The total score of candidates is calculated according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores of public subjects (administrative professional ability test and application) accounting for 50% respectively, and the score is *** 100.
(2) After the written test scores of the professional subjects of the court, the clerk of the procuratorate, the bailiff and the public security police post reach the qualified line of the subject, the total score shall be calculated according to the scores of public subjects and interview results, each accounting for 50%; Candidates who pass the judicial examination can be exempted from taking the examination of professional subjects of the legal examination, which is regarded as reaching the qualified line of written examination of professional subjects.
(3) For other positions with written examination of professional subjects, the total scores of written examination of public subjects (administrative professional ability test and application), written examination of professional subjects and interview results accounted for 40%, 30% and 30% respectively. If the proportion of professional written test scores or written test and interview scores needs to be adjusted, it must be reported to the provincial civil service department for approval. Ethnic minority candidates who apply for ethnic minority autonomous township (town) organs or ethnic affairs departments of governments at all levels will get a bonus of 10% for the total written test according to the public * * subjects of their positions.
For college graduates who have passed the volunteer service examination in western and underdeveloped areas of our province (certified by Fujian Youth Volunteer Service Guidance Center), the written test scores of public subjects in provincial and municipal organs will be added with 3 points, and the written test scores of public subjects in county and township organs will be added with 5 points.
Seven, physical examination
(a) to determine the medical staff. According to the number of candidates to be hired and the total scores of written test and interview, the candidates for physical examination are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1. In principle, candidates who are the first in the total score or who have passed the physical examination and inspection should be replaced if they withdraw or cancel their employment qualifications for some reason. The competent department of civil servants and the recruiting unit should comprehensively consider the written test and interview, and decide whether to replace it after studying according to the prescribed procedures. On-the-job candidates who fail to provide the certificate of the unit's consent to enter the examination at the time of registration should submit the certificate of the unit's consent to enter the examination or terminate the employment (labor) contract at the latest when attending the medical examination, otherwise the medical examination qualification will be cancelled.
(2) Employment physical examination standards. Candidates who have doubts about the medical examination results can re-examine the items on the spot. For items that cannot be re-examined on the spot, candidates or recruiting units are allowed to re-examine in the hospital designated by the competent department of civil servants within one week after learning the medical examination results. The re-inspection results shall prevail.
VIII. Employment
The employing unit shall, in accordance with the prescribed conditions, procedures and standards, select the best candidates from those who have passed the examination results, inspection and physical examination results, and publicize them on the above-mentioned websites and local websites of various districts and cities for 5 working days according to the affiliation of the recruiting unit, and report them to the competent department of civil servants of the province or city for examination and approval.
Those who are employed as civil servants and government workers shall be issued a Notice of Employment of Civil Servants and Government Workers in Fujian Province by the competent department of civil servants in the province or city with districts.
