(II) Site distribution location: legal service window of administrative service center of Pingliang Municipal People's Government (3rd floor, Hongyuan Building, Dingbei Road, Kongtong District, Pingliang City).
Third, matters needing attention
(a) the legal professional qualification certificate must be obtained in person, and no agency is allowed. The applicant shall, in strict accordance with the determined time and place, present his/her resident identity card and acceptance form to the site to obtain the certificate, and sign for confirmation.
(two) due to special circumstances can not be received on time, should be promptly submitted to the Pingliang Municipal Bureau of justice to change the application time, and re determine the license time.
(3) The applicant shall obtain the certificate in strict accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, consciously abide by the arrangement and requirements of Pingliang Municipal Affairs Service Center on epidemic prevention and control, and cooperate with the work of temperature detection, entry-exit registration and personnel diversion. Those who have a history of contact with foreign countries and high-risk areas are required to submit the isolation expiration certificate, health certificate and other materials before obtaining the certificate. On-site license holders must wear masks all the time, keep a distance of more than 1.0 meters, bring their own pens and do personal protection.
(four) persons who have not been released from isolation or who are unable to obtain documents within the specified time shall be kept by the Pingliang Municipal Bureau of Justice.
