In those days, I was in Beijing and stayed at the Aerospace Hotel. I was interviewed by several newspaper reporters, waiting for TV to watch the results of Nie Shubin's rehabilitation. The first to release the news was Xinhua News Agency: Nie Shubin was acquitted according to law.
After hearing the news that the Supreme People's Court finally rehabilitated Nie Shubin, my heart fell to the ground and my tears fell. Thank the Supreme People's Court for upholding justice for the people.
From March 2065438 to March 2006, I visited the place where Nie Shubin once worked, namely Luquan Metallurgical Machinery Factory, visited the place where he had been, and visited Nie Shubin's home many times. I just want to collect some information for his recovery. I continued to visit a few days before I was rehabilitated.
When reviewing the Nie Shubin case in the High Court, Ma Yunlong simply organized a small symposium on lawyer selection, and I also participated. I participated in all these things, but I was afraid to say at the time. Before and after the Nie Shubin case was transferred to the Shandong High Court for review, some officials pointed the finger at me. 20 16 before being arrested, the official gave many instructions to attack me. It was not until April 20 16 16 that it was officially declared "under investigation" by the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
As a people's policeman and a native of party member, I can't watch others be wronged. I am responsible for the discipline of the party and the police. I'm only 56 years old this year, and I haven't reached the legal retirement age stipulated in the Civil Service Law. Because of the Nie Shubin case, I have been in a state of substantial retirement since 2009. That year, the organization department of Guangping County, Hebei Province announced that I would no longer be the deputy director of the county public security bureau, in charge of criminal investigation business, and my position was held by another policeman. It says that I am old and should leave my job to make way for young people and take my gun and office. Actually, I was only 48 years old. My police establishment is still there, but I am unemployed and can't work. Essentially, I left my job.
I said yes and went home to rest. Without any warning, I had to leave in frustration. Without a job, I have to find my own way. Sometimes I have nothing to do, and sometimes I work for someone. Help! Most of them are law firms in Beijing, providing opinions on criminal cases and learning from each other, because they have been doing criminal investigation work in the Public Security Bureau before.
From 2065438 to 2006, I went to several law firms. I have been to any law firm that needs help, and the longest stay is in a law firm in Xicheng District, Beijing. Such a temporary job can hardly guarantee a normal life, and Beijing costs a little more. I can't help it. Sometimes I can only make ends meet by borrowing money. I'm disabled in the second degree. More than 20 years ago, I was training at the shooting range, and the gun went off and hurt my leg.
At the beginning of last year, my mother-in-law had a heart attack and needed money for surgery. My family borrowed 300,000 from a small loan company. The old lady was not cured and died. I said I would pay back the money after the operation. As a result, the other party went to court. The court tried, without giving me a notice of judgment, directly freezing my salary and sealing up my property. How can the judgment take effect, not to mention the appeal period has not yet arrived.
Some time ago, I was in the hospital. The doctor said that my cerebral infarction caused by kidney disease, eye disease and diabetes is more serious. In 2002, he was diagnosed with diabetes in the physical examination of the Public Security Bureau. At that time, I often ate out of order, and my body was not well regulated, and I gradually broke down from overwork. During this hospitalization, the doctor kept telling me that I had to be hospitalized, and my health was too poor. I stayed in 309 Hospital for 27 days and was discharged from the hospital on June+10/October 9, 5438.
During my stay in the hospital, some good-hearted people supported me in various ways so that I could get treatment in the hospital. After leaving the hospital, someone still gave me a gift, which I declined. I am satisfied that someone cares.

What bothers me this year is the overwhelming rumors on the Internet. There is a person named "Jiumei" on the Internet, who seems to be from Hubei. She has been posting that "Zheng was dismissed for lying, and the account freeze has nothing to do with the Nie Shubin case", and she also slandered me everywhere. I don't even know her. I don't even know what happened. How did she know?
Except when I reported the Nie Shubin case to the Hebei Provincial Political and Legal Committee, I asserted that Nie Shubin was not the murderer, and Wang Shujin was the murderer, which may have upset people. I didn't break the law in the past. When I was a policeman, I was awarded the title of Excellent People's Police of Hebei Province from 1995 for ten consecutive years. In 2000, I also won the top ten police officers of politics and law in Handan. In the team, I have made Class III four times a year and Class III at least twice a year.
Before that, there was a man named Lantian who had been slandering me. Lantian is a policeman of congtai district Public Security Bureau in Handan. In 2002, he was punished by Guangping County People's Court for several crimes, sentenced to one year's imprisonment and dismissed from public office by the relevant departments. When he committed the crime, I served as the deputy captain of the Criminal Police Brigade of Guangping County Public Security Bureau and undertook his case. He bears a grudge against me for it. After he got out of prison, he contacted many people and petitioned in Handan, Shijiazhuang and even Beijing in turn, saying that I falsely issued VAT invoices, extorted more than 200,000 yuan and sheltered murderers.
Because of this, in June 5438+February, 2005, the Handan Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Procuratorate formed a joint investigation team to investigate and verify the allegations made by Lantian and others against me one by one. Wang Shujin's case hasn't started yet, so start investigating me. During the trial, Nie Shubin's mother came to me and said, Zheng, have you suffered a lot for my son? I sighed and cried.
After more than four months of investigation, it was confirmed that Lantian and other allegations were untrue. Later, Lantian and others printed these false accusation materials as "Hebei Handan Letters and Visits Fax" and distributed them everywhere. In July 2006, the special inspection team of the Provincial Public Security Department went to Guangping to verify these allegations for more than 20 days, and the conclusion was consistent with the previous investigation team.
Since 2005, Lantian accused me of information that can be seen everywhere on the Internet. In July 2006, after my second investigation, Handan Public Security Bureau launched an investigation into Lantian's alleged false accusation. Finally, Lantian has not been dealt with, and continued to spread slanderous remarks on the Internet until 20 16.
Now that Nie Shubin has been rehabilitated, there is one thing missing in my heart. I still have to say that whenever the organization needs me to do something, I will do it.
