The first "criminal defense legal business class" is the fourth high-end training class for lawyers held by law school. During the 9-day training, Tian Wenchang, Qian Lieyang, Chen Youxi, Han Jiayi, Liyan Luo and other senior lawyers taught students the skills of criminal defense and risk prevention in practice. After 9 days' study, students have a deeper understanding of the art of criminal defense and the way of criminal defense by studying classic cases and exchanging criminal defense experience.
Lawyer Han Jiayi was invited as the first lecturer of "Criminal Defense" in Law School of Renmin University of China, teaching students legal issues such as defense lawyers' pre-trial preparation.
The second advanced seminar on criminal defense. On the basis of summing up the experience of the first criminal defense, we should take a more active form of teaching and research, analyze the difficulties of current criminal defense from the perspectives of lectures, seminars, mock trials and listening to real cases, and explore solutions.
