Did any criminal cases arrest people during the epidemic?

Legal analysis: during the epidemic period, the case handling is mainly based on written examination, and it can be arrested or not, and it can be prosecuted or not. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, the main way should be to review the case files in writing, and try to avoid interrogating criminal suspects, witnesses and other participants in the proceedings and listening to the opinions of defense lawyers. Telephone or video can be used to reduce people flow, gatherings and meetings. Procuratorial organs around the country should strengthen communication and coordination with public security organs and establish a working mechanism for handling cases during epidemic prevention as soon as possible. If the criminal suspect is not interrogated, the opinions of the criminal suspect can be served through the criminal execution procuratorial department or the detention center, and their opinions can be heard in writing. After the criminal suspect fills in and signs, he can take back the attached review paper in time.
