the most realistic way is to return the stolen goods. Of course, you have returned them. And take the initiative to pay a fine to the court. After the trial, your case will be fined. You can ask the court, and I am willing to pay the fine on my own initiative, so that I can be given a lighter punishment. One of my robberies was sentenced to one year and 11 months for actively paying a fine. Such a light punishment is rare. You know, robbery usually takes more than three years to start.
this is not a felony. If you have been released on bail pending trial, the general court will sentence you to probation (execution outside prison) instead of actual punishment. However, it may be counterproductive to cooperate with the court and not to make unnecessary innocence defense. If economic conditions permit, please hire a good lawyer to ensure foolproof.
you may not like some of the above, but this is my personal practice over the past ten years. Listen to me, that's right. I hope my answer is helpful to you.
