Or escape, the supervision and administration department of production safety shall give demotion and dismissal, and impose a fine of 60% to 100% of the annual income of the previous year; Those who escape shall be detained for less than fifteen days; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.
The main person in charge of a production and business operation entity who conceals, falsely reports or delays reporting production safety accidents shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
The Regulations on Reporting, Investigation and Handling of Production Safety Accidents stipulates that:
Thirty-fifth accident unit is mainly responsible for one of the following acts, a fine of 40% to 80% of the previous year's income; Those who belong to national staff shall be punished according to law; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:

Give punishment; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished by the public security organ according to law; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:
