Article 72 Social insurance agencies shall be established in the overall planning area. Based on work needs and with the approval of the local social insurance administrative department and institutional establishment management authority, social insurance agencies may establish branches and service outlets in the coordinating area.
The personnel expenses of social insurance agencies and the basic operating expenses and management expenses incurred in handling social insurance shall be guaranteed by the finance department at the same level in accordance with national regulations.
Article 74: Social insurance agencies obtain the data required for social insurance work through business handling, statistics, surveys, etc., and relevant units and individuals should provide it in a timely and truthful manner.
Social insurance agencies shall promptly establish files for the employer, completely and accurately record social insurance data such as personnel participation in social insurance and payment, and properly keep the original registration and declaration vouchers and payment settlement accounting vouchers.
Social insurance agencies should promptly, completely and accurately record personal rights and interests records such as individual social insurance contributions, employer contributions and enjoyment of social insurance benefits, and regularly send personal rights and interests records to the individual free of charge .
Employers and individuals can inquire and check payment and social insurance benefit records from social insurance agencies free of charge, and require social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consulting and other related services.
