Attorney fees in civil cases

The basic standards for general civil litigation lawyer fees are: case type, how much one case costs, civil cases are 1,500 yuan, administrative cases are 2,000 yuan, criminal cases are 3,000 yuan, and arbitration cases are 3,000 yuan. Different cases have different standards, and simple litigation cases can be determined within 50 of the above standards. Major litigation and arbitration cases can be determined within three times the basic standards set by Shanghai.

The fees for other legal services provided by law firms shall be subject to market-adjusted prices.
