The parties can choose to file a case: 1. The parties bring all the prosecution materials and personally submit the materials to the court filing room for filing.
2. The parties engage a lawyer, and the lawyer conducts the litigation. You don't have to write a complaint yourself, go to the court and file a case. Handled by a lawyer.
3. To file a case online, first register on the court website or the court litigation service website, and then submit the filing application and related litigation materials on the online filing platform. After the examination and approval by the court, the case shall be registered and legal fees shall be paid.
4. Filing a case by mail, the parties first call the filing court of the court, mail the prosecution materials as required, and then wait patiently for the court to handle it.
According to Article 123 of the Civil Procedure Law, if a party requests a lawsuit, the lawsuit must meet the following conditions:
1. The plaintiff has a direct interest in this case;
2. There is a clear defendant;
3, there are specific claims and facts and reasons;
4. It belongs to the scope and jurisdiction of the court to accept civil litigation. If the parties meet the conditions for prosecution, the court shall file a case within 7 days and notify the parties.
