First stage, the necessary stage for the growth of lawyers: internship-full-time (general practicing lawyer, partner, director)
1, Internship: Lawyers basically go through the internship stage. At this stage, their income is relatively low. Of course, it depends on whether the team or your predecessors gave it strength. If there are many team businesses and cases, seniors are willing to take you to participate in handling cases, and it is also rich to get performance commissions and bonuses.
The income composition at this stage is generally basic salary+bonus, 3k~ 10k/ month, and most people can only rely on basic salary.
2. Full-time (handling cases independently): Once you start to have the qualification to handle cases independently, it means that you have to worry about the source of the case and the source of clues. The requirements of a law firm or team cannot be lower than those of trainee lawyers, because the income of a law firm depends on the case income of full-time lawyers. If you don't have a case source for a long time, then you are not only under great financial pressure, but also under pressure from the company.
But once you have a stable case source, it is normal for your monthly income to be above 10K, and the performance commission of a large case can be eaten for one year.
By the way, I have a detailed reply to another question about "how do lawyers get the source of the case?" If you are interested, you can comment or write privately.
If it helps you, please adopt it, thank you ~
