Division of work of Ningbo Labor Arbitration Committee:
1. Formulate labor and personnel dispute mediation and arbitration systems and policies and organize their implementation.

Preparatory materials for filing a labor arbitration case:
1. Application for labor arbitration (in triplicate)
The application for labor arbitration shall be issued by the local legal aid center . It's free. Applicants can go to the Legal Aid Center for consultation, and the Legal Aid Center will assign an assistance lawyer to the applicant.
