Wu Danhong, a lawyer, wrote a defense for Rong Zhi Sr.

Lawyer Wu Danhong wrote the following defense for old Rong Zhi:

Dear presiding judges, judges and members of the audit committee,

Entrusted by the appellant's old family and confirmed by him, we acted as defenders in the second trial stage according to law. Before the trial, we met, read the newspaper and got to know the evidence of this case. After three days of intense trial, the following defense opinions are hereby issued for the reference of the collegial panel and the judicial committee:

In fact, as early as February 8, 20 19, the first defender accepted the entrustment of the old Rong Zhi's family and asked to meet the old Rong Zhi in the morning of 20 19/1. But Nanchang No.1 Detention Center told me that "there is no such person". ?

So that day, the defender and the old family rushed to Nanchang Public Security Bureau, Nanchang City, Nanchang People's Procuratorate and other departments, and they never knew where Lao was being held. The notice of criminal detention clearly stated that she was detained in Nanchang No.1 Detention Center. Why can't I meet her?
