4. After the parties or agents log in to the online booking system, they choose the jurisdiction court, case type and specific cause of action for the first instance according to the current laws and regulations in China. Click "Create" after confirmation, and enter the filling page of the online reservation filing system.
5, the parties or agents to make an appointment to handle civil cases of first instance, should accurately fill in the amount of litigation; If you make an appointment to execute a case, you should choose the execution type and accurately fill in the amount of the application subject matter, the execution basis and the document number of the execution basis. The parties or agents shall fill in the relevant identity information accurately. Select "Add natural person", "Add legal person" or "Add unincorporated organization" according to the nature of the parties, and fill in according to the drop-down box.
6. After completing the identity information, the parties or agents shall upload the indictment (application), identity certificate, entrustment procedures, necessary evidence materials and other prosecution (application) materials as required. The format of uploaded files should be: pictures and word documents, and the size of a single file cannot exceed 10MB.
7. After filling in the information and uploading the litigation materials, the parties or agents can click "Submit" to complete the online appointment. The parties or agents can make an appointment to inquire about the relevant information of the filed case under the "online filing list".
8. If it is necessary to supplement the application for online appointment, the parties or agents shall supplement the litigation materials as required and resubmit the application.
