Citizens who meet the above conditions apply for points at the points acceptance window of each street (town) service (service) center or floating population management service center, and submit an application for settlement at the same time.
Legal basis: Detailed Implementation Rules for Settlement of Residence Permit Points in Hangzhou (Trial).
First, in order to further deepen the reform of the household registration system and promote the implementation of the management of the settlement of points in our city, these rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Residence Permit Points in Hangzhou (Trial) (Hangzhou Zhengban Letter [2017]129).
2. The term "settlement of points" as mentioned in these Detailed Rules refers to granting eligible floating population household registration to move into cities and towns in this city according to the cumulative points of floating population participating in point management and the number of household indicators in the current year, in order of points from high to low, as a supplement to the current household registration migration policy.
3. These Rules are applicable to the urban areas of this Municipality, including Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Gongshu District, Xihu District (including Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area Management Committee), Jianggan District (including Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee), Binjiang District, Xiaoshan District (including Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster Management Committee), Yuhang District, Fuyang District and Lin 'an District.
