A comparison between the status of lawyers in common law system and that in China.

The status of lawyers in the Anglo-American legal system is not comparable to that in China. If we have to compare them, we can do this:

1, Westerners have great respect for lawyers.

2. Westerners' legal literacy is much higher than that of lawyers in China, mainly because of the imperfection of the rule of law in China.

3. To be a lawyer in China, especially a litigator or criminal litigator, you must have this psychological endurance, that is, when you try your best to provide legal services to the client, the client may be dissatisfied or even doubt the lawyer's ability and the outcome of the case.

4. In China, the law gives lawyers enough rights, but the existence of rights that cannot be exercised and are not fully implemented means that they have no rights.
