The third person, Lu, is a security guard of Longyan xinluo district Longan Property Co., Ltd.
The plaintiff Yongding Toyota United Transportation Co., Ltd. refused to accept the case of public security administrative registration and administrative compensation of the traffic patrol detachment of Longyan Public Security Bureau, and filed an administrative lawsuit with our hospital on October 8, 20 14/KLOC-0. After the court accepted the case on the same day, it served the defendant with a copy of the complaint and a notice of responding to the lawsuit. Because Lu has an interest in this case, our court added him as a third person to participate in the litigation in this case according to law. A collegiate bench was formed in our hospital according to law, and the case was heard in public on March 7 and May 28, 20 14. The entrusted agents of the plaintiff Yongding Toyota United Transportation Co., Ltd., the entrusted agents of the defendant Qiu Junheng and Sun, and the third person Lu attended the lawsuit. The case was postponed for three months with the consent of Fujian Higher People's Court. The case has now been closed.
On 2011,the defendant Longyan City Public Security Bureau Traffic Patrol Detachment issued a motor vehicle driver's license with the quasi-driving model A2 to a third person, stating that the date of first license collection was 1995 1 1.
The plaintiff Yongding Toyota United Transportation Co., Ltd. claimed that on March 27th, 20 13, Lu drove a Fujian F××× brand heavy truck owned by the plaintiff and a Fujian D××× bus owned by Ludao Long-distance Passenger Transport Co., Ltd., a Xiamen Special Transport Group driven by Wu Ribiao, resulting in the death of Lu and Wu Ribiao, and the injuries of Wang Yaqing and others 13, and the traffic between the two cars. On April 2, 20 13, the traffic patrol brigade of Xinluo Branch of Longyan Public Security Bureau made the Confirmation of Road Traffic Accidents (Xinjiaozi (20 13) No.0005 1), and determined that the motor vehicles in Lu driving without a license may overtake the opposite vehicles when driving on the road, which may lead to accidents. When the plaintiff hired Lu, his driver's license was Lu and the photo was Lu himself. The plaintiff was asked by the traffic police network platform, and the witness was consistent, true and valid, so she was hired. In the defendant's motor vehicle driver's license application form, motor vehicle driver's identity certificate, motor vehicle driver's registration form, motor vehicle driver's examination report and other files, all the people who applied for a driver's license were photos of Lu himself, and they took part in driver's license training and applied for a driver's license under the false identity of Lu.
