The calculation standard of lawyer's litigation fee is as follows:
1. Piece-by-piece charges are applied for those not involving property rights, and each piece charges 1000- 10000 RMB;
2 involving property rights, the implementation of the amount of proportional charges, specifically in accordance with the following proportion of sub-file, cumulative charges;

6%-5% of 50,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan;
5%-4% of RMB 500,000 to 1 1,000,000;
/kloc-4%-3% between 0/000000 yuan and 5000000 yuan;
3%-2% between 5 million yuan and1million yuan;
1000000 yuan or more 2%- 1%.
Who will bear the legal costs arising from the lawsuit?
The lawyer's fee shall be paid by the party requesting the lawyer. However, in civil and commercial cases, when one party becomes the defendant, if a lawyer is hired to defend it, and the plaintiff wins the case (the law supports one party to repay the necessary expenses paid by the other party for the trial of the case), the plaintiff may be required to pay this fee.

Article 118 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * When conducting a civil lawsuit, the parties shall pay the case acceptance fee in accordance with the regulations. In addition to paying the case acceptance fee, property cases also pay other litigation fees in accordance with regulations. If it is really difficult for the parties to pay the legal fees, they may apply to the people's court for deferment, reduction or exemption in accordance with regulations. Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Lawyers' Service Fees stipulates that lawyers' service fees shall be subject to government-guided prices and market-regulated prices.
Article 6 stipulates that the benchmark price and floating range of government-guided prices shall be formulated by the competent price departments of the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in conjunction with the judicial administrative departments at the same level.
Article 9 stipulates that the fees for lawyer services subject to market-regulated prices shall be determined by the law firm through consultation with the clients.
The following main factors shall be considered when a law firm negotiates the fees for lawyer services with its clients:

Article 10 stipulates that lawyers can charge fees according to different service contents, such as piece-rate fees, fees in proportion to the amount of the bid, and hourly fees.
Piece rate is generally applicable to legal affairs that do not involve property relations; Charging according to the proportion of the winning bid amount is applicable to legal affairs involving property relations; Time charge is applicable to all legal affairs.
