2 lawyers can operate according to specific cases when meeting, but each meeting must include the following contents:
(1) convey greetings from relatives and friends to criminal suspects and defendants;
(two) to understand and care about the living conditions of detainees;
(3) Give them necessary comfort and encouragement;
(4) Know the latest development of the case you know, such as the first confession;
(five) to introduce the latest progress of the case to them, and to predict the possible future progress of the case procedure according to the law and practice;
(6) Answering legal advice put forward by criminal suspects and defendants;
3. The lawyer shall make a meeting record when meeting, and the criminal suspect and defendant shall sign the record.
4. No articles shall be delivered to the criminal suspect or defendant, and no methods of committing crimes shall be taught.
