In any of the following circumstances, the judicial administrative department of the provincial people's government shall give a punishment of stopping engaging in judicial authentication business for more than three months and less than one year; If the circumstances are serious, the registration shall be cancelled: (1) Serious irresponsibility has caused great losses to the legitimate rights and interests of the parties; (2) Providing false documents or defrauding registration by other fraudulent means; (3) Refusing to testify in court after being notified by the people's court according to law; (4) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. If the appraiser intentionally makes a false appraisal, which constitutes a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law; If it does not constitute a crime, it shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
