Does administrative detention have a criminal record? Does it affect children?

Administrative detention will leave a criminal record, but it will not affect the children's political review.

According to the regulations, public security organs will keep punishment files for a long time, so administrative detention will leave criminal records. It can't be erased, and it will remain in the file record, unless the public security organ at the place where the household registration is registered doesn't know it because the data is out of sync, but the public security organ at the place where it is handled must have a record, and it is impossible to pass the political examination. Administrative detention will not affect children's political examination.

The political examination of national civil servants mainly emphasizes the candidates' ideological progress, excellent moral character, decent style, strong organizational discipline and strong legal concept. Generally, under any of the following circumstances, the political examination is unqualified:

1, words and deeds violate the four cardinal principles;

2. There are bad behaviors such as hooliganism and theft, and the moral quality is not good;

3. There are criminal suspects that have not yet been identified;

4, lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on me are engaged in activities that endanger China's national security abroad, and I can't draw a line with them;

5. lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on themselves are sentenced to death or are serving sentences;

6, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the employment assessment, according to the need, all localities can set up a temporary assessment team, specifically responsible for the organization and coordination of employment assessment.
