3. Candidates' academic qualifications must meet one of the following conditions:

(3) Persons who have achieved the same academic level as undergraduate graduates after two years or more (graduation to September 1, 28) and meet the specific business requirements put forward by the admissions unit according to the training objectives of the unit;
Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications and recent graduates of adult colleges (excluding self-taught students and online education students) should apply for the exam with the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates;
(4) Those who have obtained a master's degree or a doctor's degree may apply for a master's degree again, but only for the master's degree entrusted for training or self-financing;
(5) Graduate students must obtain the consent of their school.

There are 57 schools that can enroll graduate students with master's degree in education (see Annex 1 for the list).
(4) Those who meet the following conditions can register for the national entrance examination of master of laws, referred to as "entrance examination of master of laws":
1. Meet the requirements in (1).
2. Students studying in colleges and universities are non-law majors (the following 13 majors are not allowed to apply for master of laws: law, economic law, international law, international economic law, labor reform law, commercial law, notarization, legal affairs, administrative law, lawyers, foreign-related economy and law, intellectual property law and criminal law).
There are 78 institutions that can recruit LLM graduates (see Annex 2 for the list).
When recruiting candidates for this major, these colleges and universities only select candidates who take the "Joint Examination of Master of Laws", and no longer organize unified or separate examinations for this major.
(5) Those who meet the following conditions can sign up for the national entrance examination for MBA graduates, referred to as "MBA entrance examination":
1. Meet the requirements of items 1, 2, 4 and 5 in (1).
2. People who have worked for 3 years or more after graduating from university; Persons with 5 years or above working experience after graduating from junior college; Persons who have obtained master's degree or doctor's degree and have more than 2 years' working experience.

When these universities recruit MBA graduate students, they only choose candidates who take the MBA entrance exam. The school no longer organizes unified or separate examinations for this major.
(6) Institutions of higher learning that can carry out the work of exemption from examination can recommend a specified number of outstanding undergraduate graduates from the preliminary examination, and go directly to the applicant for re-examination and go through the admission procedures before June 25, 27. The recommendation and admission methods shall be formulated by the school (enrollment unit) according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. The admitted students (including postgraduate education group and rural education master program) must go through the registration confirmation formalities at the registration point within the registration time stipulated by the state, and may not take the unified examination again. 3. Notes on filling in the application information for online registration:

(8) Re-examination
1. The time, place, subjects and methods of re-examination shall be determined by the admissions unit. Re-examination methods and procedures announced by the admissions unit.
