Required materials
Project 1: One-time digital certificate processing
_Original or copy of the practicing license (the copy must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
_The original or copy of the legal representative’s valid ID card (the copy should indicate the mobile phone number of the legal representative and be stamped with the company’s official seal) Note: If you do not bring the original legal person certificate, your application will be sent to you by bank transfer. Business certificate password.
_Original copy of valid identity certificate of the person in charge
_"Legal Person Authorization Letter" shall be signed by the legal person and stamped with the official seal (not required when the legal person is present).
_Certificate fee: 180 yuan/set.
Second item: Bind to lawyer management system
_Authorization letter (the company entrusts an individual, stamped with the company’s official seal)
_The handler’s ID card Original and copy.
_Original and copy of the law firm's practice license; companies and public lawyers should submit a copy of the business license or unified social credit code certificate with the official seal.
_Printed receipts for financial registration and personnel files (companies and public lawyers do not need to submit)

_Beijing Yizheng Digital Certificate
Project 3: 1. Rebinding of Zheng Tong digital certificate.
_When the Beijing Card digital certificate is lost or damaged, the Card acceptance point will return the original copy retained by the applicant to the unit.
_Original and copy of the ID card of the person in charge of the unit applying for change of binding (the copy must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
_Copy of the power of attorney issued by the unit applying for change of binding . The power of attorney must be filled in by an individual entrusted by the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit, and the old card number and new card number must be marked.
_Original and copy of the practice license of the unit applying for a replacement order (the copy must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)

Special reminder
The one-stop processing window of the Municipal Lawyers Association’s “One Pass” is only open at fixed times every Friday, and can be processed at other outlets at other times. The original "binding" and "re-binding" projects will not be affected and will be handled as usual from Monday to Thursday.
