1. Acting for general civil cases

1. If the legal affairs are particularly important, difficult and complicated, they can be determined through consultation between the law firm and the client within 5 times (including 5 times) of the upper limit of the government guidance price;
Note:
Under any of the following circumstances, it can be considered as a major, difficult and complicated litigation case:
1. A case with a people's court at or above the intermediate level as the first instance;
2. Group litigation cases or criminal cases of * * * same crime;
3. Cases involving more than three legal relationships and more than three crimes, or the facts of the same case are particularly complicated and the amount of evidence materials is huge;
4. Cases involving professional knowledge and requiring the employment of non-legal professionals;
5. Cases involving foreign elements (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) or cases with significant social impact;
6. Other major, difficult and complicated cases approved by the law firm and the client through consultation.
