The court ruled that the defendant would not carry it out. What should I do?

After a civil judgment or ruling becomes legally effective, if the parties intentionally refuse to perform or evade their obligations, the party with the right may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution within the legal period after the judgment becomes effective.

The execution period of the application stipulated by law is: (1) one year if both parties or one party is a citizen;

(2) Six months if both parties are legal persons or other organizations.

The execution period is calculated from the last day of the performance period stipulated in the legal documents;

If the legal document stipulates that the performance shall be performed by stages, it shall be counted from the last day of each performance period.
