1, lawyer's practice certificate (original and copy)

3, criminal defense power of attorney (legal aid letter)
4, the client (close relatives) identity documents and proof of kinship.
According to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law, with the above documents, lawyers can apply to meet the parties at any time, and the detention center should arrange the meeting within 48 hours, regardless of the time and frequency of the meeting.
The law provides that:
