Dear lawyers and friends! Is there a unified regulation in China that requires the government to pay work-related injury insurance for rural village cadres?

There is no unified document, but only the Trial Measures for Work-related Injury Insurance for On-the-job Cadres in the County (20 1 1) was found in Hai 'an County, Jiangsu Province. All the insured persons of this method are on-the-job cadres who have participated in the employee pension insurance in this county. Work-related injury insurance premium shall be paid according to 1% of the minimum payment base of social insurance stipulated by the whole city in that year, of which 50% is self-raised by the town finance and 50% by the county finance transfer payment subsidy, which shall be uniformly withheld and remitted by the county finance on a monthly basis.
