1. Persons applying to practice law should submit the following materials to the county-level judicial bureau where the law firm is located:
(1) Practical application;
(2) Lawyer qualification certificate or national unified judicial examination certificate (if you have obtained a lawyer qualification certificate or national unified judicial examination certificate from another province, city or military, please provide lawyer qualification files or legal professional qualification files);

(3) Materials issued by the Beijing Lawyers Association indicating that the applicant has passed the internship examination;
(4) Copy of ID card;
(5) Personnel file relationship Certification;
(6) Certification issued by the public security authority at the place of residence that the applicant has not been subject to criminal punishment (except for negligent crimes) before the date of application;
(7) Certification issued by a law firm Proof of agreement to accept the applicant;
(8) Labor employment contract.
(9) If you apply for part-time lawyer practice, you must also submit proof that the employer agrees to the applicant's part-time practice as a lawyer, as well as the applicant's teacher qualification certificate, professional title certificate, and work permit.
2. The district or county judicial bureau that accepts the application shall complete the review within 20 days from the date of acceptance, and submit the review opinions and all application materials to the Beijing Municipal Justice Bureau.
3. The Beijing Municipal Justice Bureau shall make a decision on whether to allow practice within ten days from the date of receipt of the review opinions and all application materials submitted by the district or county Justice Bureau.
4. If a lawyer is allowed to practice law, a lawyer's practicing certificate shall be issued to the applicant within ten days from the date of decision. If the applicant is not allowed to practice law, the reasons shall be explained in writing to the applicant.
